Androsace sarmentosa (chumbyi)

Just to keep things interesting Punnett brought in cuttings from his favorite clone of sarmentosa, its every bit as tight as Chumbyi, and may in fact be the same form. One of the best of the easy Androsaces, this forms mats of fuzzy 2cm rosettes. In the form Chumbyi (which these are indistinguishable from) they are on very short stolons producing a huddled domed fur-ball cushion.
