Trumpet forms, many with lovely picotee edging, some having ruffled tepals, others more widely flared and adorned with colored papillae........The seedlings offered below have resulted from line breeding for certain chosen aesthetic attributes. Pod and pollen parents judged by Dr. Griesbach to be the best of a given type were intercrossed, providing the seed which was grown here at Arrowhead. The illustrations presented here are representative of several type/color/pattern categories upon which Dr. Griesbach has chosen to concentrate. All seedlings, of course, are individuals and will not be identical to any given image characterizing their general category...but should be similar.
