How Big Will My Daphne Be?

Small! You won't see daphnes offered for sale from most other nurseries, largely because they are pain to deal with in a nursery setting, and basically always look straggly and awful in a pot. On top of that, they resent transplanting when they are large, so you need to purchase them as little bitty plants. It takes a bit of a leap of faith to buy a small, straggly looking plant, but stick them in a place with good drainage, and in just a year or two they fill out to a beautiful, full, flower-covered plant. Take a chance on a daphne, and you might just fall in love.
